Finance & Accounting Manager

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring that financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, managing, and monitoring budgets. Creating financial forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making.
• Financial Planning and Strategy: Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company’s overall goals. Providing financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Tax Compliance and Planning: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Managing tax planning activities to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Internal Controls and Auditing: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow to ensure that sufficient funds are available for operational needs and investments.
• Financial Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. This includes managing currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial risks.
• Team Management and Development: Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team. Overseeing the training, and professional development of staff.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all financial and accounting regulations, including PSAK.
• Management Reporting: Communicating financial performance and strategies to the board of directors and other key parties.
• Cost Management: Analyzing and managing the costs associated with the company’s operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Financial Systems and Technology: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technologies that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Persyaratan :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Having at least 5 years of working experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager in Plantation Industry.
• Experience in the Palm Oil Industry is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fast learner and ability to adapt.
• Willing to travel for business.
